ESTÍA STUDIO creates immersive residential spaces by translating each client’s story into a spatial narrative through scenography. Led by founder and creative director Despina Simeonidou, the studio is shaped by over a decade of experience in scenography, exhibition design, and storytelling — disciplines that inform a distinctive, narrative-led approach to space.
Founded on the belief that the most premium interiors are felt, not announced, we design with architectural clarity and meticulous restraint, balancing contemporary living with enduring character.
Each project begins with listening — then unfolds through proportion, light, tactile materiality, and museum-level curation, where objects are placed with intention and every detail earns its place.
